After scrolling too much it will be easier to come to top with scrolling that much again

@mAlex28, you don't have to be assigned. The important thing is that the maintainer is convinced that the proposed change is useful. So, try to work on issues that have help wanted or good first issue labels or if maintainers has expressed interest in the issue in some way.
