Fixed broken links to the IDES tutorial , also formalized all languages footer

Hi @Roshanjossey I hope u doing well.

I´ve checked all links of all translations, a few has the link broken cuz they dont have the link reference in the correct way. (They have the page directly and not with the "../" quote). So i fixed all and also added all the IDES.
