Fix formatting problem in the Assamese translation

🎯 Goal Fix the formatting in the Assamese translation of README to properly display the file.

🐞 Problem The language specification in Assamese translation was incorrectly added after the code block.

💡 What needs to be done Remove excess bash language specification in line 29, 39, 48, 55, 61, 71, 87, 94, 104. You can find the file to work on at the following URL: https://github.com/firstcontributions/first-contributions/blob/main/docs/translations/README.assamese.md
