🎯 Goal Translate English alt text to Ghanaian in the README translation to improve accessibility for Ghanaian speakers.

🐞 Problem The Ghanaian translation has images with English alt text, which makes the content less accessible to Ghanaian speakers using screen readers and other assistive technologies.

💡 What needs to be done Translate all English alt text to Ghanaian in the tutorial images. You can find the file at: https://github.com/firstcontributions/first-contributions/blob/main/docs/translations/README.gh.md

Common English alt text that needs translation:

• "fork this repository" → translate to Ghanaian
• "clone this repository" → translate to Ghanaian
• "copy URL to clipboard" → translate to Ghanaian
