🎯 Goal Translate English alt text to Filipino in the README translation to improve accessibility for Filipino speakers.
🐞 Problem The Filipino translation has images with English alt text, which makes the content less accessible to Filipino speakers using screen readers and other assistive technologies.

Common English alt text that needs translation:
- "fork this repository" → translate to Filipino
- "clone this repository" → translate to Filipino
- "copy URL to clipboard" → translate to Filipino

- "create a pull request" → translate to Filipino
- "submit pull request" → translate to Filipino
