Won't build binary with newest AMD driver.

I'm trying to start the program, however after starting I'm running into this error:

Building binary mtpgfx1010:xnack-gw256l4.bin
Error -11: Building Program (clBuildProgram)
Error: Failed to compile opencl source (from CL or HIP source to LLVM IR).

I'm using the current 21.4.1 driver and the current release.
