Fix: restore Spark name button visibility after request payment
fix #1537
Walkthrough
The ReceiveCoinsDialog::clear() method was updated to use the displayCheckBox() function for managing the visibility of the createSparkNameButton and the reuseAddress checkbox, based on the current address type selection. This replaces the previous direct call that hid the createSparkNameButton.
