Computer Crashing Upon Startup

Open 7ever1n opened this issue 4 years ago • 3 comments

Computer Specs: Ryzen 7 2700x | 32GB GSkill TridentZ | 1000w BeQuiet PSU | ROG 1070TI 8GB Strix | Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi

CCMiner Bat: -a mtp -o stratum+tcp://us-zcoin.zellabs.net:7016 -u x -p 0,strict,verbose,d=500 (the x is replaced with my address)

Yesterday CCMiner was working flawlessly, although it crashed during the night. I attempted to restart the mining process & my rig would immediately crash after the .bat opened & configured. I thought the PSU was to blame, although PhoenixMiner, utilizing both my RX580 4gb (attached to a riser) & 1070ti runs fine, with no issues.

On occasion, CCMiner would run for 5 mins or so, then the computer would shut down.

I use the rx580 4gb on Phoenix to mine UBIQ, & CCminer for ZCoin with the 1070ti. Both miners were working fine yesterday running at the same time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank-you.

try rebooting the system or shut it down, unplug power supply, press start button. Replug the power supply, and start normally, may-be it will solve the problem

I've done this to no avail.. very strange that other miners work with no crashing issue, & that CCMiner worked fine yesterday. Not sure what's going on.

I thought it may also be a conflict between the AMD & Nvidia drivers. If this was the case I shouldn't be able to mine UBIQ with both cards.

there is no conflict between amd and nvidia driver, I have both installed on my system
