Unable to create Account

click the "Create Account" button and there is no response

This is expected for now - right now the only way to use the app is via github login. It will support creating other accounts by 1.0, which is slated for July 4th if I can make it. Thanks, will put this in a milestone so it doesn't get forgotten :)
