Internal notifications

Users should be able to see new notifications in the interface, not just receive in email.

I am not sure about the frontend-ui (We can do it like here in github, but maybe letting scope by kind instead of repo. Show me all mentions, Show me all new threads, Show me all threads I follow with replies etc

Btw, There's a library called actuario/ravenx for managing external notificactions such as email (but prepared to allow others), maybe it would be interesting in order to provide the slack integration you mentioned on the KS (Im guessing you had in mind something else besides notifications, but would be a start)

Both Firestorm and RavenX use Bamboo for it's email functionality, do you thing it would be wise to add the dependency and try getting notifications with slack?
