Error when creating new note label:bug

When trying to create a new note, the following error is thrown: Screen Shot 2022-11-07 at 12 36 05

Fixed by this PR create function was triggering a re-rendering, this is fixed by adding e.preventDefault() and passing the event as parameter when form is submitted. Please @codediodeio close this issue when PR is merged. Thanks
