Dream app openai dall-e no longer free.

The dream app js full course requires dall-e to create images. This is no longer available with free credits as of April 6, 2023.

The npm package api has also changed quite a bit. After updating code I get billing_hard_limit_reached. Took some searching to find it was no longer available with free credits.

While a cool idea. Seems like a bad idea to have course content with so many issues. Makes for a frustrating experience.
