nevermind, that was a different bundle issue that fixed itself. this issue persists on dev-preview 20:

This comes from: ipfs-unixfs-exporter there are a couple of reasons to get rid of the ipfs-unixfs-exporter

it looks like that the sandbox does strange things --- the thing runs perfect locally with -dev-24
