Support website search like QuickTranslator, and make it customizable.

So my idea is add + button in WebView this will let you input any link they like and once they do that Ask them to search for "Ever Translator"

For example https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Ever+Translator

This way we can get what is before Ever and what is between Ever and Translator and what is after Translator :) also once there's the words Ever and Translator it can be added as a new button

Great idea, I think this method is easier for users to use than letting them edit an URL with parameters. 👍
