FR: custom secondary donate address and percent

It would be nice if one could set a second donate address and percent similar to how we can edit donate-level.h for xmr-stak-amd development. This way we could have 1% or something also automatically be deducted and sent to the monero project, for instance. Also, i'm glad donate-level.h exists. Hopefully people will fund healthy dev for this miner. thanks
