OpenBL and TrustedSec feeds

https://www.trustedsec.com/banlist.txt hasn't been delivering content for a while but redirects to the homepage instead.

According to http://www.openbl.org: "OpenBL.org is out of service. "

Yeah I think OpenBL.org is down, please clean-up the README.md?

Can you please check this issue? Currently OpenBL.org seems to be somehow updated but apparently it should be removed
