NiX Spam list has been discontinued

According to https://www.nixspam.net the NiX Spam / ix.dnsbl.manitu.net list has been shut down on 2025-01-16. The mirror on FireHOL has been stale and on error since 2021 as the url had previously changed to https://www.nixspam.net/download/nixspam-ip.dump.gz. It seems time to remove this list.
