[sslbl]: List not up to date

Hello,

Seems the IPs from SSL BL (abuse.ch) are not added to Firehol blacklist. Actually on Firehol website, SSLBL shows 0 IPs and last updated on Dec 15 2018.

However, on abuse.ch website, SSL BL blacklist has been updated on Jan 1st 2023. Link to list : https://sslbl.abuse.ch/blacklist/sslipblacklist.csv

I'm wondering if the processing is failing because it's in a CSV format. abuse.ch also has the list in a txt IP list only: https://sslbl.abuse.ch/blacklist/sslipblacklist.txt which may fix it if anyone has access to the firehol site.

Note also the sslbl list is included in the firehol_level1 list so if you are using that add the sslbl manually on top of that. I checked and it's broken there too.
