For whatever reason github.com is blocked from Germany using Telekom DNS. Blocked IP's 140.82.121.3/140.82.121.4. Please veryfy and unblock if possible.

Confirming this as well , had to remove the level3 from my firewall because of this

I'm using "192.30.255.113 github.com" in local hosts file which is working fine for now. Not sure, why nobody takes care of these issues . . .
