Possible false positive?

Some of our users are not able to access "Github.com". It appears the following IP address is present on the following list:v

140.82.121.3

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/firehol/blocklist-ipsets/master/firehol_level3.netset

Another IP address, 140.82.121.4, is not, so users report sporadic access to this site.

Just had it again today, happens regulary to level 3, see #188

Can confirm, today (2023-08-09), the IP 140.82.121.4 is on firehol_level3.netset again...
