[firehol_level2] OVH.com shouldn't be blacklisted

firehol_level2 currently bans 198.27.92.1 which is the A record for ovh.com.

Unless proof exist their web servers are compromised, it should be removed from the list.

Web hosting services from OVH uses different IP from this one.
