Why is 1.1.1.1 in firehol_level3.netset?

To be honest, I'm a bit in the dark on how these lists are generated/compiled, and where to report issues like this. Perhaps someone here can give some insight into where I should report severe issues like this one.

Since a few hours back, CloudFlare DNS server 1.1.1.1 can now be found in this list: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/firehol/blocklist-ipsets/master/firehol_level3.netset

Why is it in that list? This must be some kind of error, right?

Cant see it in the list now but in feature, It might be worth setting a whitelist of IPs that you "Trust" https://github.com/firehol/blocklist-ipsets/issues/129
