Consider making the flame graph the default panel

Open canova opened this issue 2 months ago • 1 comments

This has been in my mind for some time. Whenever I want to profile something, the first thing I do is to switch to the flame graph from call tree after I'm done with the timeline and want to look deeper. I've been looking at other people profiling and saw that they mostly do the same. So my question is, does it make sense to make the flame graph the default tab (and move the flame graph to the first tab in the list)

I think it's good to have a discussion before we go ahead and implement it and make sure that everyone (or most people) feel the same way I do. So my question is, what do you think about it? Do you have any thoughts or concerns?

I understand that this can be disruptive for some people. But I believe it makes sense for the long run.

To whomever has been using my email to create an account and manipulate my phone settings without my permission, I turned the situation over to Interpol Cyber crimes division as well as Homeland security. So to whomever you need to erase all the changes on my two phones, Roku , and tablet
