shift + mouse-scroll should side scroll marker chart

Typical ui convention is Shift + mouse-scroll should side scroll a very wide UI.

Currently, shift + mouse-scroll does the same thing as Ctrl+mouse-scroll, which zooms in/out. This may apply to flame chart and other panels as well.

On Linux if that matters.
