Consider adding an easy way to switch to the production version of the profiler when looking at a deploy preview

Florian mentioned this to me in person: If we share a link to a deploy preview (which #3121 will make easier), it might be nice to have a notification displayed in the UI to say: "You are looking at a deploy preview. Click here to switch to the production instance"
