Persist the selected marker in the url

Now that marker tooltips are sticky in the marker chart, it would be very nice to be able to share a url to a profile with a specific marker highlighted.

Example profile: https://share.firefox.dev/3CToGXh I would have liked to highlight a specific SetNeedStyleFlush marker in that profile for a bugzilla comment.
