Consider adding a settings panel / popover for timeline

Currently it's not possible to hide a type of tracks from the timeline and make it persistent across the profiles. On the Culture of Performance meetings, we got this feedback about hiding memory/network tracks for good if we are not interested in them. It would be a good idea to have a settings page and have a way to toggle these track types and make it persistent in the browser local storage.

Also it could be nice to have a way to toggle the experimental tracks. Currently only way is the devtools console. It could be something like:

- [X] Show network tracks.
- [X] Show memory tracks.
- [ ] Show IPC tracks.
- [ ] (Experimental) Show CPU tracks.
...
