"Upload profile" has hanged and failed to upload several times recently

I can't reliably reproduce this but it has happened to me ~3 times recently (past week or so).

STR

In a profile:

• Click "Upload profile"
• CLick "Submit"

Expected

Profile uploads

Actual

The progress bar moves across the screen to the end and stops. Eventually, the profile fails to upload and I can re-click the "Upload profile" button to try again.

If I wait long enough after the failure and try again (maybe 5min?), the upload is successful.

Thanks for the report. Of course it's difficult to diagnose this... Can you please ping me when this happens with precise timestamps? I can have a look at the server logs.

@julienw I reproduced this maybe 10-15s before Mon Sep 20 09:28:00 PDT 2021.

edit: I clicked try again twice and it failed both times. The second of these try agains had the timestamp of Mon Sep 20 09:31:06 PDT 2021.
