Create a tab selector for different captured tabs in a profile

Ideally we should have a select box (defaulting to the main one) so that the user can switch between context ids.

Sub tasks for this:

  • [ ] Have a checkbox to filter it by tab optionally.
• [ ] Get the etld+1 of the most active root innerWindowId and then append the other like “google.com (+3)”
• [ ] Sort the list by the CPU score.
• [ ] In the full view have a way to switch to the tab based view by clicking the "Full range" and then selecting the tab you want to filter.
• [ ] Add favicons for tab selectors
• [ ] Maybe create a tooltip to the user the first time they open the active tab to let them know that tab can be changed?
