Filter contributors based on emails

Right now the "contributors of the month" panel uses a black list of bugzilla usernames to filter out staff. These names can change, and not everyone has it set properly. We should use emails instead and filter out mozilla.com addresses (and maybe black list people that don't use their mozilla email on bugzilla). To get emails, you need to be signed in to the bugzilla api though: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:REST_API#with_two_factor_authentication
