Feature request: Plain expense/revenue account report

Description
The existing expense/revenue account report is very informative and useful but it doesn't print nicely.
Solution
I would like to suggest an option to create a plain chronological expense/revenue account report with only the transactions and a balance at the end which prints nicely. - basically like an account statement.
What are alternatives?

I guess you need the "audit report", perhaps?
Basically like the audit report but for expense/revenue accounts. You know, the report where identically named expense and revenue accounts are balanced against each other?
Ah yes, I see what you mean. I'll put it down as an enhancement for the new layout. So don't hold your breath but it's on the list!
