Kick out solrays

radiance is an experimental playground.

solrays is production node management tooling.

Both cannot coexist in this repo, kick out solrays and move it to the JumpCrypto org.

I think it's fine to keep this here as, to be honest, we're not yet running anything like this in production, that I'm aware of, that is. We will have something, and that something will be developed under the JumpCrypto org.

@pires sounds good -- FYI radiance will move to a Gerrit code review process (https://git.firedancer.io) and PRs will be locked down here, however, like we do with Firedancer review

@pires Do we still intend to keep solrays? I don't mind keeping it in here, let me know so I can close this issue

As of the moment, I have no opinion. I will say I am interested in picking this up on my free time, and that in such case I'll do it outside of Firedancer umbrella, so I guess it's fine for you to just remove this. After all, it will be kept in history if one day you folks decide to resume working on it.

I think it would be beneficial to document the problem and the design of one or more solutions. I consider that would help aligning contributors, myself included. If this makes sense to you, let's set-up some time to discuss how we can move forward.
