The article for rsync on "medium.com" has dead links

In README.md an article is linked for the "Install rsync" step for Windows. However, as the article itself has links resulting in 404 errors, it is not very helpful.

The link that is broken refers to a removed rsys .zst file (rsync-3.2.3-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst) on this site: https://repo.msys2.org/msys/x86_64/ It might be better to simply link one of the current versions available on the site or just the list.
