Wtype does not work with Firefox, Chromium, VSCodium or other web-based applications

It appears there are outstanding wtype issues (https://github.com/atx/wtype/issues/40, https://github.com/atx/wtype/issues/37 and https://github.com/atx/wtype/issues/31) that prevent operation when typing into web-based applications like Firefox, Chromium, or VSCodium. Typing into Qutebrowser, terminals and Libreoffice works normally.

This is a placeholder to track status of that issue for wtype users of keepmenu.
