Create sample of SSR nuxt

Its more of a feature request than an issue.

I see you have a isomorphic react example but it would be great to have a nuxt example as well. The framework is grow quickly in popularity and I know there a few blog and outdated examples online but I have found them tricky and not always to work.

An official sample would be awesome.
