feat(auth, windows): add support for oAuth with credentials on Windows

Fix crash caused when trying to use firebase auth signInWithCredential on windows

To Reproduce Crash On Windows

await FirebaseAuth.instance.signInWithCredential(
  OAuthProvider('oidc.provider').credential(
    idToken: idToken,
    accessToken: accessToken,
  )
);
