🚀 [cloud_functions] Windows support

Since most of the packages are supporting windows now, it would be great to have cloud_functions package support windows for callable functions to unify behavior and code on all platforms!

The package on pub.dev doesn't have windows in supported platform list nor I can see platform plugin declaration for windows in pubspec.yaml.

Would be awesome if this was added, I would love to use callable functions from Windows 👍 Thank you for all the work on this packages, it makes a difference!
