user created with email option, there after login with twitter and GitHub errors

When the new user is created with email option, there on with twitter, that gives the same user email, then login happens, however if the login happens with GitHub, the login fails, it gives sign-out option, there on even twitter login does not work.

for twitter login to work with email option created users again, we need to close the browser and then ask for login with twitter..

Looks like many cookies mess-up
