incorrect flag icon

from the first look Romania, Quatar, Russia flags are not correct, am i doing something wrong?

@nickareias and @CosticaPuntaru can you upload/deploy a version of your web app that we could look at? Please give us a URL to your app with the issue, it will help us investigate.

Also could you tell us if you are using a browser other than Chrome?
