[FR]: Add support for setting the Vertex AI in Firebase API version

Description

  • Add support for specifying the API version (e.g., v1 or v1beta) in requests to the Vertex AI in Firebase API (firebasevertexai.googleapis.com).
  • Set the default value to v1.
