[FR]: Re-raising signal for other handlers to catch

Description

Since we register the signal handler ourselves first, Crashlytics will overwrite our signal handler when it registers the signal handler again. So I expect Crashlytics to re-raise the captured signal in FIRCLSSignalHandler.
