[FR] Please support 1000 tokens per invocation in FCM admin SDK

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. 500 device registration tokens per invocation cannot fulfil my daily need.

Describe the solution you'd like Please consider to allow up to 1000 tokens per invocation, I used Legacy API in the past and it can allow up to 1000 tokens. After upgrading from legacy API to FCM admin SDK, the performance drops.

Hey @chong-shao do you know if the BE service supports this? I assume we stopped at 500 because it was not supported by the API.
