[firebase-translate-text] Enable romanization of translations

Enable romanization of translation of languages not written in the latin alphabet. Also enable the option to translate multiple fields

Do you know if this is an existing option to offer romanisation is Google Translate. Could you provide an example through a link for example, current research does not seem to point at an existing option/override?

Romanize Text . This is the only Google source I could find for text romanization

@oconquest could you please open another issue to request enabling the option to translate multiple fields as it's a different feature?

For text romanization, the feature is Pre-GA, couldn't find the method in the Node client SDK, will keep it open until the feature is supported in the client.
