Add events to other official extensions

I was thinking, we launched events, but we haven't followed up to add events to any other extensions. Should we add events to these extensions?
 * firestore-send-email
 * firestore-shorten-urls-bitly
 * firestore-translate-text

maybe even:
 * delete-user-data

I was just reading https://medium.com/@AllThingsTech/email-automation-made-easy-with-firebase-trigger-mail-extension-and-sendgrid-d91288b3c19d
and thought... there are many outcomes of sending an email (ex. success, error) and events could make plugging into that more user-friendly....
