Artifactory script only publishing 'common'

The Bintray Artifactory CI script is only publishing firebase-ui-common. This seems to have stopped working with the move to AGP 4.0

@robapaul88 I was not able to figure it out and this is not top priority for me at the moment. There are instructions in the repo for how to build FirebaseUI locally though if you really want to use the code in master
