The file was directly ripped (without any modification) from an HLS stream served by commercial solution Brightcove (https://www.brightcove.com/en/).
稳定复现，应该是win7的问题。 搜了下似乎win7根本没有这个dll，然后.net 6版的FluentWPF的GetDpiForMonitor会调用到他（旧版本不会）。 https://github.com/sourcechord/FluentWPF/issues/157 理论上等这个PR被merge之后升级下FluentWPF就会自动修复： https://github.com/sourcechord/FluentWPF/pull/158 值不值得修就看你了，毕竟也没几个人用win7了估计…… 辛苦！
Is it necessary? I mean in term of its mechanism.
Only a few metatags support "-" operator, and `source` is not one of them

@gix : maybe it's because I'm using 125% UI scale, I can't read the full instruction in UI: 
It's hard to tell from the above example since it's tiny, but at least wp-content one has EXIF preserved.
This seems to be fixed in [v1.6.0-640](https://github.com/axiomatic-systems/Bento4/releases/tag/v1.6.0-640). Not sure which commit did it though, maybe 6ab668d60a897291644b7e184b1b8a47204cec9e?
