The license is incomprehensible. All I can tell is it's clearly not opensource. I'm fine paying for gpu cloud access too!

Create a Visual Studio 2012 solution

Right now this repository lacks a Visual Studio 2012 solution. I had to upgrade the 2010 solution to build zeromq. It would be great if someone commited one. Thanks
