Probably the same issue - I am unable to load the website 'live'. It loads an offline version so things like the OP do not work. If I connect via VPN to work, and try to use the remote browser there I get a 'site is insecure' warning. Bypassing the warnings loads the site normally,suggesting expired SSL certificate? This has been an issue for several days.
The SSL cert should be valid for another month. But as you guessed, I am still under a denial of service attack. I have tried to mitigate it best I can, but it slips through the cracks from time to time. As of right now, it looks calm.
I am working long term on a better solution, but that will take a while before I am ready to publish it. Sorry for the inconvenience guys!
