Wrong EOL when syncing between windows and linux system

Window uses CRLF while linux uses LF only corrupting the she-bang on python scripts.

Is the plugin changing the line separator? It should upload the file as is? Or is this a request for the plugin to pre-process the file before saving it on the remote?
