Create enum_value records for ApplicationKind

Description

ApplicationKind enums are hard-coded. David has raised that we could explore adding enums to database to allow it to vary by customer.

This is a lower priority item IMO, but tracking here

Is this something you and your team would be interested in implementing ? I can write up some fairly detailed steps that would need to be performed if so.

thanks for the offer to provide the details - right now we don't have a request to implement this, but we may have one in the future. We're tracking it and will revert back to this issue should the need arise

Ok, we may end up doing this here as there has been some noise about differences in labelling between Waltz and other systems in the organization.
